6. USE OF THE ECO HOT WATER

ECO-HEATING MODE
In ECO-HEATING mode, the water is heated only by means of the heat
pump. The compressor comes on when the temperature in the lower part
of the accumulator (BTT) drops below the value set minus the differential
and stops when the value set has been reached.
However, it is possible to operate the electric heater manually
provided that the temperature in the upper part of the accumulator (TTT)
is less than the value set minus the differential.
The electric heater will turn off automatically when the TTT has reached
the value set or can be manually turned off at any time.
NOTE:
If the ambient temperature (AT) falls below -10 °C,the compressor re-
mains off and the water is heated exclusively by the electric heater.

The HEATING operating mode retains all the functions of ECO-
HEATING, plus the automatic integration of the electric heater with the
delay time that can be set in parameter r06.
