Pause point
Allows you to enable the "pause point" process and
establish the pause time between one welding opera-
tion and another.
Minimum 0.1s, Maximum 25s, Default off
20
Final current
Makes it possible to regulate the current delivered in
the burn back phase.
Allows the more or less "violent" burning of the wire.
Minimum 12A, Maximum Imax, Default syn
36
Stickout calibration
Makes it possible to perform a generator calibration
depending on the operating conditions of the system.
Allows precise correspondence to be obtained between
the values of the parameters set and the values read
(consult the "Stickout calibration" section).
37
Guard limits
Allows the setting of the warning limits and of the guard
limits.
Allows the accurate control of the various welding
phases (consult the "Guard limits" section).
38
Starting filter
Allows the control of the guard limits to be enabled with
an adjustable delay in relation to the arc striking.
Makes it possible to filter the striking phase (consult the
"Guard limits" section).
39
Output filter
Makes it possible to disenable the control of the guard
limits in advance of the natural closing of the weld.
Makes it possible to filter the extinction phase (consult
the "Guard limits" section).
40
Current reading
Allow the real value of the welding current to be dis-
played.
Allows the welding current display method to be set
(consult the "Interface personalisation" section).
41
Voltage reading
Allows the real value of the welding voltage to be dis-
played.
Allows the welding voltage display method to be set
(consult the "Interface personalisation" section).
42
Gas flow reading
Allows the real gas flow value to be displayed.
Allows the setting of the gas flow display method (con-
sult the "Interface personalisation" section).
44
Regulation step
Allows the regulation of a parameter with a step that can
be personalised by the operator.
Minimum 1, Maximum Imax, Default 1
45
External parameter 1
Allows the management of external parameter 1 (mini-
mum value, maximum value, default value, parameter
selected).
(Consult the "External controls management" section).
46
External parameter 2
Allows the management of external parameter 2 (mini-
mum value, maximum value, default value, parameter
selected).
(Consult the "External controls management" section).
47
Lock/unlock
Allows the locking of the panel controls and the inser-
tion of a protection code (consult the "Lock/unlock"
section).
48
Buzzer tone
Permits adjustment of the buzzer tone.
Minimum Off, Maximum 10, Default 5
36
49
Contrast
Permits adjustment of the display contrast.
Minimum 0, Maximum 50, Default 25
3.9 Synergic curves screen
1
General
Allows the selection of the required welding method.
Manual welding method
Allows the manual setting and regulation of
each individual welding parameter.
Synergic welding method
Makes it possible to use a series of pre-settings
(synergic curves) available in the memory of the
system.
The changing and correction of the initial set-
tings proposed by the system is allowed.
Enter the quick choice menu by pressing button (1)
.
Select the required parameter by rotating the encoder
until it is brought within the central quadrant (2). The
number of the selected program is visible alongside (3).
Activate the regulation of the selected parameter by
pressing the encoder button.
Set the required synergic curve by rotating the encoder.
3a Parameter selection bars
4 Heading
(Consult the "Main screen" section).
Confirm the operation by pressing the encoder button.
Exit the quick choice menu by pressing button (1).
