Crumb-collecting tray: For crumb or fallen food particles collection. Pulls out for easy cleaning.
Note: Be careful when removing hot liquids.
Grid support
You can place the tray on 3 different levels, depending on the dish you want to cook.
For instance, when making macaroni au gratin and you want to have the top part cooked more,
use the top level.
Before using the unit for the first time
Heat the empty oven.
Insert the baking tray and grid.
Set the heater operating switch to "UPPER & LOWER HEAT", set the temperature control dial to
"230 ºC" and heat the empty oven for about 10 minutes.
Note: There may be some smoke and a burning smell at first, but this is not a malfunction.
Warning:
The weight of the food which is put in the oven cannot be over 3 kg.
When placing food inside the oven, spread it evenly and do not concentrate it on one side.
3. OPERATION
Temperature control
Set the temperature control dial according to the food to be cooked with the function knob.
Select upper heat, lower heat, combined upped + lower heat (ideal for bread, pizzas or meat), or
convection + upper heat, convection + lower heat, convection + upper heat + lower heat (ideal
for pork fillets, chicken leg, chicken wings, potato slices, poultry, chops or fish), depending on
the dish to be cooked. The front light indicator will indicate when the device is operating.

Set the temperature control by turning clockwise to select the suitable temperature according
to the recipe you are going to cook.
