Installation
When installing the device, observe the minimum distances
from walls and other objects as described in the Technical data
chapter.
• Minimum distance of 220 cm and maximum distance
of 270 cm from the floor.
• Minimum distance of 100 cm to the front or from objects.
• Minimum distance of 30 cm from the ceiling in case of
wall mounting or, for technical reasons, 19.5 cm in case of
ceiling mounting.
• Minimum distance of 20 cm to the sides.
• Do not install the device directly in front of a wall socket.
The socket should be located next to the device. If the
device is installed on a pitched ceiling, the socket should
be located at the bottom side of the device.
• Do not install the device directly behind a door.
• Only install the device in a horizontal position.

• Please note that the minimum distance to the front also
applies to objects mounted on the ceiling, e.g. fans, lamps
or sprinkler systems.

The following is required for installation:
• a pencil for marking the drill holes
• a suitable drill
• wall plugs appropriate for the structure of the wall and for
the device weight
• a screwdriver
• a spirit level

Please note that in case of ceiling mounting the
distance from the ceiling is 19.5 cm due to the length
of the mounting brackets.
For wall mounting, the minimum distance of 30 cm
from the ceiling applies.

Always install the device with the help of other
persons.
