2-Then long-press the "RETURN" key and "ON-OFF" key at the same time until the
Recovery mode has appeared.
3-After a new menu will appear and then you must use the touch panel or
RETURN keys to select "wipe data / factory reset" then press "Power" and then
select "Yes delete all user data".
Then press "power" again. The unit will then begin the recovery mode.
(this process may last for a few minutes)
4- When it finishes select "reboot system now" press the "power button" and the
unit will re-start itself. (this process may last for a few minutes)
