free of flammable vapors place. If the compressor is
installed around an object or wall obstructing the free
flow of air through the filters, move it so as to separate

it from the wall or object at least 15" (38 cm.). Your
compressor should be as close as possible to the work
place, thus avoiding the use of a very long hose and
prevent pressure drop in the line. Do not install your

COMPRESSOR. The Air Compressor may stop and
start automatically when air tools are continuously used.
Never use your Air Compressor in the rain or in wet
6
conditionsas this could cause serious damage to the
gas engine and cause personal injury.
Your compressor is designed to ventilate itself. Never
7
cover the engine or the pump head, this will prevent air
circulation during Air Compressor operation.
8
Always keep your Air Compressor clean to ensure
optimal preformance.
Do not weld anything to the the air tank (s). This could
9
affect the mechanical strength of the tank(s) walls and
provoke an extremely dangerous condition. This action
will invalid the warranty.
10
If you apply spray paint or other liquids, do it in an open
and well ventilated place far away from flames or electric
equipment.
Before connecting pneumatic equipment make sure
11
this consumes less o equal air flow that the compressor
generates at the necessary pressure.
Check the security valve, pulling off the wire ring with
12
the hand. This action prevents the valve from sticking.
Check the belt tension, is between 60 lb and 80 lb, verify
13
in the middle point of the belt between the pulley and
compressor's flywheel.
Ensure the oil level in the head pump will be always close
14
to the red line of the sight glass, as shown in the image
below. Refill with SAE-10W30 or ANDEROL synthetic
oil. Do not use automobile oil.

CAUTION: The air that this Air Compres-
sor produces is not safe for breathing.
High temperatures are generated by the engine and the
pump head during operation. To prevent injuries never touch
the compressor. Always ensure the engine and pump head
are cold before touching.
