11 Restoring factory settings – performing a factory reset
All settings will be lost when the factory settings are restored. Performing a factory reset via the room control unit display
only resets the respective room control unit to the factory setting (the one at which a factory reset is performed). In order to
set all taught-in room control units to the factory settings at the same time, a factory reset must be performed on the base
station.
In cloud-based operation, a factory reset has no effect on the logout of the room control units in the Alpha Smart
App. The devices must be deleted manually in the Alpha Smart App.

Reset Pair: Reset an existing pairing
Reset All: Reset the pairing and all data of the room control unit. A factory reset will be performed.

ü The LED lights constantly blue at the Alpha Smartware IoT Gateway: Connection to a WiFi network is established. The
WiFi network is within radio range.
1. Delete the device from the Alpha Smart App.
2. Resetting the device manually:
