5. Installation
Insert the two upper connecting bars (A) on one of the side panels and
then connect the remaining side panel to the other end.
Attach the two lower connecting bars (B) to the two side panels.
Place the bottom panel (C) between the two lower connecting bars and
push it downwards.
Place the ceiling panel (D) with the LED module facing inwards on the
upper connecting bars and lock it rmly in the recesses.
Stick the 3 cable holders on one side of the side panel.
Feed the cable from the LED module through the 3 cable holders.
6. Operation
Warning
• Only operate the product from an approved socket that is connected
to the public power supply. The socket must be installed close to the
product and must be easily accessible.
• Disconnect the product from the power supply using the On/Off
switch – if this is not available, unplug the power cord from the
socket.
• If using a multi-socket power strip, make sure that the total power
consumption of all connected devices does not exceed the socket
strip's maximum throughput rating.
• If you will not be using the product for a prolonged period,
disconnect it from mains power.
• Connect the power cable to a properly installed and easily accessible
mains socket.
• The LED module can be switched on via the cord switch.
• The electronic control simulates a day/night cycle: the LED
automatically stays on for 16 hours and then off for 8 hours. Due to
the wide light beam, the entire interior area is evenly illuminated. If the
plants require a different day/night cycle, the light control can also be
simulated via an additional timer.
• If, for example, your plant only needs 10 hours of daylight instead of
16, the on and off times (day/night cycle) can be programmed with the
help of an external timer.
7. Care and maintenance
Note
Disconnect the device from the mains before cleaning and during
prolonged periods of non-use.
• Only clean this product using a lint-free, slightly damp cloth and do not
use any harsh cleaners.
• Ensure that no water is able to enter the product.
8. Warranty disclaimer
Hama GmbH & Co KG assumes no liability and provides no warranty for
damage resulting from improper installation/ mounting, improper use of
the product or from failure to observe the operating instructions and / or
safety notes.

PPF: Photosynthetic active photon ux measures the amount of photons
within the PAR spectrum (400-700nm) per second. Only light in this
spectral range is essential for photosynthesis. The measured value
indicates the e ciency of a plant lamp, not the amount of photons.
• PPFD: the photosynthetic photon ux density indicates the amount
of photons arriving on the surface of the plants (per second). This
depends on the distance to the light source.
