4.0 INSTALLATION
1. Remove DIN plug from pressure switch.
2. Mount the pressure switch in any position. Locate it
where vibration, shock and ambient temperature
fluctuations are minimal.
3. Pressure switch wiring terminals are numbered on
each DIN plug connector. Refer to Figure 2 for correct
connection.
WARNING: All live supply circuits must be
disconnected before wiring the control.
All electrical wiring must be performed by a qualified
electrician and should be in accordance with local
electrical codes.

Notes:
1. Apply Loctite hydraulic sealant or teflon tape
to NPT threads.
2. Assemble as shown.
3. Torque to 45-55 ft.-lbs. [60-71]Nm.
4.1 Adjustment
1. To adjust pressure setting, first loosen set screws on
the adjustment sleeve. (See Figure 1.) Secure hex
body with open end wrench. Turn adjustment sleeve by
hand clockwise to increase or counterclockwise to
decrease set point.
2. Once you have set the pressure switch, tighten the set
screws on the adjustment sleeve.

CAUTION: Use minimum torque when
tightening set screws.
WARNING: Pressure switch equipped systems
should include relief valves set slightly above switch
setting. Failure to do this could result in personal
injury and/or equipment damage in the event of
switch failure.
