1. STANDBY MODE
When the device is first energized, the numbers "00" begin to
flash on the screen. Flashing takes place once a second. The relay
is not in transmission. Unless any button is touched, 00 numbers
continue to flash. As time goes on, there is no increase in 00
numbers.
When the device is in standby mode, pressing only the minus or
only the plus button does not perform any function.
