Parts are located throughout the shipping carton, including underneath the grill. Inspect the grill, parts, and hardware blister pack
after removing from the protective shipping carton. Discard all packaging materials from inside and outside of the grill before
assembly, then review and inspect all parts by referencing the parts list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to
assemble. Shipping damage is not covered under warranty. Contact your dealer or Pit Boss® Customer Service for parts: Monday

Tools required for assembly: screwdriver and level. Tools not included.
IMPORTANT: It is advised to read each step entirely before starting assembly on instructions. Do not tighten screws
completely until all screws for that step have been installed. Hardware combination involving a locking washer and
washer should be installed with the locking washer closest to the head of the screw.
1. MOUNTING THE LEGS TO THE MAIN BARREL

Installation:
•
Place a piece of cardboard on the floor to prevent scratching the unit.
•
Open the Main Barrel lid and remove the Diffuser Plate from the
bottom of the Main Barrel. This part will be re-installed on a later step.

Next, lay the Main Barrel on its side, hopper end pointed upward, on
the cardboard. Mount one Support Leg With Wheel to the floor end
of the Main Barrel using four screws, locking washers, and washers,
through the four pre-drilled holes. Repeat installation for second
Support Leg With Wheel. Note 1B.
•
Insert each Locking Caster into the bottom of each Support Leg by
hand-tightening into the hole. Ensure the Locking Caster Wheel is
inserted completely by ensuring it cannot rotate any further. Note 1C.
•
Mount one Support Leg with Locking Caster to the hopper end of the
Main Barrel using four screws, locking washers, and washers, through
the four pre-drilled holes. Repeat installation for second Support Leg
with Locking Caster. Note 1D.
ASSEMBLY PREPARATION
IMPORTANT: To ease installation, using two people is helpful
(but not necessary) when assembling this unit.
