POWERING YOUR PLAYER
This unit is designed to operate with the supplied mains powered AC/DC
adaptor and cannot be powered by battery only. Battery power is for saving
clock, alarm and radio settings in case of power cut or removal of mains
power.
POWERING UP YOUR UNIT
Insert the supplied mains plug adaptor into the DC Jack socket (25) on the
rear of the stereo.
BATTERY BACKUP
Two 1.5V "AA" batteries (not included) can be installed as a backup option to
maintain the time if electrical mains power fails.
In the event of a power outage, the time will not appear on the clock LCD
Display, however the clock will continue to operate and the actual time will be
maintained.
The Clock LCD Display and other functions will resume once electrical
power is restored if batteries are installed. The backup battery should be
replaced as needed;
Remove the battery if the clock is not used or stored for long periods of time.
TO SET THE CLOCK TIME
1. In standby / off mode, press and hold the TIME SET Button, then press
TUNE + / FAST FORWARD BUTTON OR TUNE - / REWIND BUTTON
to set desired 24H/12H. And press TIME SET button again
2. Then press TUNE + / FAST FORWARD BUTTON OR TUNE - /
REWIND BUTTON to set the desired Hour Time. And press TIME SET
button again
3. Then press TUNE + / FAST FORWARD BUTTON OR TUNE - /
REWIND BUTTON to set the desired Min Time.
4. After the desired time has been set, press TIME SET button to confirm.
