• Automatic Tuning
i) Press and hold the TUNE + / FAST FORWARD BUTTON OR TUNE - /
REWIND BUTTON until the display frequency starts to run.
ii) When a station of sufficient strength has been found tuning will stop or
you can stop the automatic tuning by pressing TUNE + / FAST FORWARD
BUTTON OR TUNE - / REWIND BUTTON.
SAVING RADIO STATIONS
1. Select your desired station according to the normal tuning procedure.
2. Press the MEM/PROG button on the unit or MEMORY button on the
remote, "P01" will appear and flash in the LCD. Then use M-UP or M-DN
button on the remote control to change the number where the station will
be stored. (P01 to P20)
3. Store the current frequency by pressing MEM/PROG button on the unit,
or MEMORY button on the remote again when you get the desired
number.
4. Repeat the same procedure to set other desired frequencies into
Memory No.1 to NO.20
Note: The unit can be preset up to 20 stations.
RADIO MEMORY RECALL
Recall the stored frequencies by pressing M-UP or M-DN button select 1 to
20 stations as desired
NOTE: Stored stations can only be kept when power is disconnected if
batteries are in the stereo.
Stored stations will be lost and cannot be recalled in case of power cut /
unplugged mains cable if no batteries are in the stereo.
CD OPERATION
NOTE: Never touch the laser lens inside of the CD compartment. Clean the
laser lens with a CD cleaner disc if it becomes dirty or fails to read CDs.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TRAVEL CD LENS PROTECTOR (WHITE
CARDBOARD) HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM CD TRAY BEFORE USE
1. Press the STANDBY/ON to turn on the unit, then press the FUNCTION
button until the CD icon is shown on the display
2. Open the CD door and insert a CD into the tray with the printed label
side facing up.
3. Close the CD door and the disc will rotate for a few seconds and then
stop.
4. Use the TUNE + / FAST FORWARD BUTTON OR TUNE - / REWIND
BUTTON to choose a track
