Before the first use

ATTENTION! Always unplug the

The mill is designed for short-term high power
milling with very high revolution speed. Stop
operation after 60 seconds and give the motor a
short time to cool down (approx. 5-10 seconds).
After three runs of 60 seconds, a longer break
(min. 2 minutes) should follow.
Operation
• Remove the bonnet, the lid and pour the grounds
into one of the two stainless steel containers.

NOTE
Stainless steel container

• Do not fill ingredients into stainless steel container
beyond the MAX mark.
• Very hard ingredients (e.g. seeds, ice cubes) and ex-
cessively moist foods such as apples, onions, etc. are
not suitable.
• Replace the stainless steel container lid and make
sure that the lid is properly seated.
• Note! The small cover must always be placed on the
stainless steel container for operation so that the
coupling is not damaged.
• Now place the stainless steel container back onto the
Motor unit.
• Now place the cover on the top interlock and turn it
anticlockwise until it clicks into place.
• Insert the plug into a socket.
• Manually press the desired grinding button on the
device.
• Release the switch when the desired degree of coar-
seness has been reached. The degree of coarseness
can be observed through the transparent cover.
• The upper grinding button grinds at low speed.
The lower grinding button grinds at high speed.
• Pull the plug out of the socket.
NOTE
Many types of food are best shredded in short bursts.
Additionally, interrupt operation regularly for a short
time. During the pauses, you can check whether the
desired grind has already been reached.
Do not remove the lid before the
grinding blades have stopped moving.
Danger of injury!
• Open the lid and turn the stainless steel container coun-
terclockwise to remove it and take out the Regrind.
