ASSEMBLY
CASTER/FRONT CASTER FOOT ASSEMBLY
(Fig. 2)
NOTE: Remove Powerhead Assembly (A) from Dust
Drum (B) prior to assembly of Casters, Caster Feet, and
Large Cart Wheels.
1. Place Front Caster Foot (D) upside down on the
floor.
2. Place the Caster (E) into the Front Caster Foot (D):
Insert the Caster Stem into Caster Foot Socket.
3. Push on the Caster (E) until the Caster Ball end
snaps fully into the Socket and the Caster swivels
freely. Repeat for other Caster and Front Caster
Foot.
4. Turn Dust Drum (B) upside down on floor.
5. Place Front Caster Foot (D) with Caster (E) over
Front Drum Post and press firmly in place. Repeat
for the other Caster/Front Caster Foot Assembly.
6. Two Screws are available for optional assembly of
the Front Caster Feet (D) into the Dust Drum (B).
If desired, locate Two #10 x 3/4" (19mm) Pan
Head Screws (F) in loose parts bag. Insert a Screw
through the Caster Foot Hole and into the Dust
Drum (B). Tighten securely.

REAR CASTER FOOT, AXLE AND WHEEL
ASSEMBLY (Fig. 3)
1. While facing the rear of the Dust Drum (B), place
the Right Rear Axle Foot w/Storage (G) over the Left
Post and press firmly in place.
2. Repeat for the Left Rear Axle Foot w/Storage (H) on
the Right Post. The Axle Slots in the Rear Axle Feet
w/Storage should be aligned.
3. Use a #10 x 3/4" (19mm) Pan Head Screw (F)
(supplied) to secure each Rear Axle Foot w/Storage
to the Dust Drum.
