GAS CONVERSION
WARNING: Explosion Hazard
• Use a new CSA International approved gas supply line�
• Install a shut-off valve�
• Securely tighten all gas connections�
• If connected to LP, have a qualified person make sure gas pressure does not exceed 14" (36cm) water column�
• Examples of a qualified person include: licensed heating personnel, authorized gas company personnel, and
authorized service personnel�
• Failure to do so can result in death, explosion, or fire�
The range can be used with Natural Gas or LP/Propane Gas� The range is manufactured from the factory for use
with Natural Gas� A kit for converting to LP/Propane Gas is supplied with your cooktop� The kit is marked "For LP/
Propane Gas Conversion"�
NOTE: When the cooktop is converted for LP/Propane Gas, the LP gas supply is required to provide a minimum
of 10" to a maximum of 14" water column to the cooktop regulator�
The conversion must be performed by a qualified service technician in accordance with the kit instructions and
all local codes/requirements�
