32 OPERATION
NOTE
• It is normal for the convection fan to operate
periodically throughout a normal bake cycle in
the oven. This is to ensure even baking results.
Recommended Baking Guide
If cooking on multiple racks, place the oven racks
in the positions shown. Multiple-rack cooking
saves time and energy. Whenever possible, cook
foods requiring the same cooking temperature
together in one oven.

Convection Mode (Lower Oven Only)
The convection system uses a fan to circulate the
heat evenly within the oven. Improved heat
distribution allows for even cooking and excellent
results while cooking with single or multiple racks.
• As the oven preheats, the display shows
increasing temperatures in 5-degree
increments. Once the oven reaches the set
adjusted temperature, a tone sounds and the
oven light flashes on and off. The display shows
the auto-converted oven temperature, 350 ℉
and the fan icon.
NOTE
• The oven fan runs while convection baking. The
fan stops when the door is open. In some cases,
the fan may shut off during a convection bake
cycle.
Proof (Lower Oven Only)
This feature maintains a warm oven for rising
yeast-leavened products before baking. (Set
temperature: 92 ℉)
Warm
This function will maintain an oven temperature of
170 ℉. It will keep cooked food warm for serving
up to 3 hours after cooking has finished. The
Warm function may be used without any other
Rack
cooking operations or can be used after cooking
(Position 3)
has finished using a Timed Cook or a Delayed
Timed Cook.
Broil
The Broil function uses intense heat from the
upper heating element to cook food. Broiling
works best for tender cuts of meat, fish, and thinly
cut vegetables.
During normal broiler operation, it is normal for
