ENCOUNTERED BY USERS. THE CODE DOES NOT COVER ALL INSTANCES OF RISK OR DANGER.
PLEASE USE COMMON SENSE AND GOOD JUDGMENT.
Warranty Policy:
WOW World of Watersports warrants, to the original purchaser only, that their high performance products, when
used for normal recreational purposes, are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year
from the date of purchase. Any implied warranties are also limited in duration to the 1 year period from the original
date of purchase. Our warranty excludes products for rental, for hire, and other uses not considered normal
recreational purposes. WOW World of Watersports will not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Note: The above warranty is only applicable to products purchased inside the U.S.A. For all products purchased
outside the U.S.A. the warranty is limited to 90 days.
The World of Watersports warranty does not cover:
• Failures caused by over-inflation and under-inflation
• Snags, tears, cuts, and punctures obtained during normal use
• Items involved in accidents
• Fading from exposure to sunlight or weathering
• Misuse, abuse, and neglect
• Improper storage
There are no warranties that extend beyond the description listed above. World of Watersports should not be held
responsible in any way for any incidental and/or consequential damages.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties.

LOS DEPORTES ACUÁTICOS CONLLEVAN RIESGO DE LESIONES GRAVES O DE MUERTE
Para reducir su riesgo de lesiones o de muerte, siga estas directrices y el Código de
Seguridad de Deportes Acuáticos.
LOS DEPORTES ACUÁTICOS IMPLICAN RIESGOS DE LESIONES GRAVES O MUERTE. Siga todas las
instrucciones y la información de seguridad a continuación y el manual de usuario para reducir los riesgos:
El CONDUCTOR ES RESPONSABLE DE LA SEGURIDAD. ¡El piloto no debe controlar el tubo!
¡Indique al conductor del barco que se detenga o reduzca la velocidad si no está cómodo!
• UTILICE SIEMPRE UN CHALECO SALVAVIDAS DEBIDAMENTE AJUSTADO (PFD) aprobado por la
agencia de su país, USCG tipo III, ISO, etc.
• Nunca exceda los 20 MPH (32 km/h) para los adultos, 15 mph (24 km/h) para los niños.
• Nunca exceda el nivel de habilidad de los pilotos y emplee a un conductor de barco con experiencia.
• Nunca remolque más de un tubo a la vez ni use un tubo como dispositivo de flotación personal.
• Nunca remolque en aguas poco profundas o cerca de la orilla, muelles, pilotes, bañistas,
embarcaciones u otros obstáculos.
• ASEGÚRESE SIEMPRE DE QUE NINGUNA PARTE DEL CUERPO ESTÁ PRÓXIMA A LA CUERDA
DEL REMOLQUE antes y durante su uso.
• Nunca coloque ninguna parte del cuerpo por las manijas, bajo la cubierta, la cámara de aire, el arnés
de remolque ni amarre al conductor al tubo.
• Siempre debe haber una persona distinta del conductor como vigilante que observe al piloto.
• No opere embarcaciones ni navegue bajo los efectos del alcohol o las drogas.
• NUNCA REALICE GIROS BRUSCOS que pueden hacer que el tubo acelere rápidamente.
• Tenga cuidado con el deslizamiento al remolcar al ralentí.
• Vigile siempre a los niños mientras usen el tubo.
• Evite siempre el choque de los cuerpos de los pilotos. Remolcar a velocidades más lentas, en aguas
tranquilas y conducir con prudencia reduce las lesiones.
