Dear Customer,
Before using the appliance, read the following instructions
carefully and keep this manual for future reference. The
appliance must only be used by persons familiar with these
instructions.

Important safety instructions
∙ The appliance should only be
connected to an earthed socket
installed in accordance with the
regulations.
∙ The appliance is also designed for
outdoor use, and must therefore be
operated with an additional earth-
leakage circuit-breaker with a rated
tripping current not exceeding 30mA.
∙ Make sure that the supply voltage
corresponds with the voltage marked
on the rating label.
∙ The power cord should be regularly
examined for any signs of damage.
In the event of such damage being
found, the appliance must no longer
be used.
∙ In order to avoid hazards, and to
comply with safety requirements,
repairs to this electrical appliance or
its power cord must be carried out by
our customer service. If repairs are
needed, please contact our customer
service department by phone or email

Caution: This symbol
indicates that the wind-guard,
grill rack and heating element may
become very hot during operation -
there is a danger of burns.
∙ Before cleaning the grill, ensure it is
disconnected from the power supply
and has completely cooled down.
∙ To avoid the risk of electric shock, the
heating element with power cord must
not be immersed in liquid or even
allowed to come into contact with it.
∙ C lean the grill rack, reflector tray and
wind-guard with hot soapy water,
or in a dish-washer. For detailed
information on cleaning the appliance,
please refer to the section Cleaning
and care.
∙ The appliance is not intended to be
operated by means of an external
timer or separate remote-control
system.
∙ Warning! Do not, under any
circumstances, use charcoal or any
other solid or liquid fuel to operate the
grill.
∙ Caution: Do not cover the grill rack
with aluminium foil, barbecue dishes
or other items, as the resulting build-
up of heat could seriously damage the
grill.
∙ A maximum of 900 ml of water may be
poured into the reflector tray.
∙ This appliance is intended for
