IMPORTANT - Retain for futur reference read carefully this manual to
guarantee the maximum safety for the baby. Check the item's operation
without the baby before using it.
SAFETY NOTES
• If someone else must take care of the baby, explain him/her the instructions for
use and safety.
• Children are not allowed to manipulate this item: It is not a toy.
• Bed rail should not be used as a substitute for a crib, as it cannot provide the
same level of safety as a crib.
• The bed rail is not recommended for use by children under the age of 18 month
or when the child is over 5 years.
• This bed rail is suitable for use when the child can get on and off the bed
without any help.
• The bed rail must be placed only by an adult.
• Do not use in high beds nor bunk beds.
• This bed rail can just be used if the child can go up and down the bed without
any help.
• Use the bed rail only with 102-127 mm thick mattresses. Do not fix the bed rail
onto a light foam or low density mattress (easily compressible or deformable).
• Once the bed rail is in position, press down on the mattress at the edge where
the bed rail is placed to ensure that the child cannot fall down.
• The bed rail should not be used unless the straps are in place and securely
attached to the bed and the bed rail. For greater safety, carefully check all the
mechanisms and pieces.
• Check regularly the different parts of the bed rail.
• Check straps tighten regularly. Retighten if necessary.
• The fabric is an integral part of the product, if replacement is needed, only
replace with another Casualplay original fabric, do not substitute.
• Pay attention to the eventual risk of fire and other important sources of heat,
as central heating or gas heaters nearby the chair.
• Use only with who canget in and out of adult bed without help (typically 2
years and up).
