4. CLEANING
Proper cleaning of the paint spray is a prerequisite for its correct operation. In case of lack of cleaning or improper
cleaning, the warranty rights will be cancelled.
• Turn the product off and unplug it from the electrical grid;
• Unscrew the paint container and empty the rest of the material into the original packaging;
• Clean the container and the delivery pipe carefully with the aid of a brush;
• Insert a small amount of solvent or water into the container and screw it to the gun.
• Reconnect your paint spray again and make it work. Direct the solvent or water to the inside of a container
or cloth. Never spray the environment. Avoid polluting the environment;
• Repeat this stage until you realize your equipment is completely clean;
• Turn your equipment off and unplug it from the electrical grid;
• Clean the external region of the product with a cloth moistened with solvent or water;
• Unscrew the union nut, remove the paint regulator and the spraying nozzle. Clean the paint regulator and the
spraying nozzle with a brush with solvent or water (see Figure 9.9);
• Reassemble all parts and keep your equipment in proper place.

5. AIR INJECTION NOZZLE
The model AIR PLUS SPRAY SCHULZ - Split comes with a proper air injection nozzle (exclusive
accessory) to remove dirt or dust, besides being ideal for rapidly infl ating leisure articles such
as air mattresses, fl oats or other similar articles (see Figure 9.10).
IMPORTANT
- Never exceed the recommended pressure. The object to be infl ated can break apart or cause personal injury.
