Device control via voice commands
You can now control your smart devices via Google
Home. You can use the following commands to control
your device: "Ok Google, set the thermostat to 23°C".
"Ok Google, raise/lower the thermostat temperature".
"Ok Google, what temperature is the thermostat at?"
Note: The Hub must be installed in the muvit iO Home app and the
thermostat must be linked to the Hub.
TROUBLESHOOTING AND/OR FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS
1. What should I do if the device configuration process
has failed?
•
Check that the Hub is powered on and the LED is
flashing as shown in the app.
•
Check if your mobile device is connected to a
2.4GHz Wi-Fi network; the Wi-Fi network name
(SSID) should not contain the word "Plus" or "5G".
If in doubt, you can contact your operator or our
technical support to verify the network.
•
Check if the devices connected to the router
reach the maximum allowed limit. Please try to
turn off the Wi-Fi function of some devices and
reconfigure the product.
•
Check if the wireless MAC filtering function of
the router is enabled. Remove the device from
the filter list and make sure that the router is not
prohibiting the Hub from connecting.
•
Make sure that the password for your Wi-Fi
network entered in the app is correct by going
to the settings on your phone or tablet, click on
"Wi-Fi", select your network, click on "skip this
network" and reconnect with the correct password
for your network. Make sure the Hub is in pairing
mode: the LED should be flashing (see image in
the app).repeat the setup process.factory reset the
Hub and try to add it again.
