Warning! The device must be disconnected from the power
supply during assembly and preparation activities. The pump
power cord must be unplugged from the socket.
The pump is equipped with a fi lter which stops larger mechan-
ical impurities. Impurities which enter the pump together with
the liquid can lead to damage to the pump. It is forbidden to
use the pump without a fi lter or with a heavily contaminated
fi lter. The fi lter must always be submerged under the surface
of the cleaning liquid when using the washer.
The device must be positioned horizontally on hard, even and
stable surface. Tipping or tilting the device leads to malfunc-
tion, reduces performance, and can also result in damage to
the device.
It is forbidden to drill any holes in the device, as well as mak-
ing any other modifi cations of the device not described in the
manual.
Move the device with no liquid inside it, by grasping the bottom
of the liquid tank. Do not move the appliance by pulling on the
power cord.
PRODUCT OPERATION
Warning! Make sure that the pump is disconnected from the
power supply during all installation, accessory-change, and
tank-fi lling and emptying operations. The power cord plug must
be disconnected from the socket.
Product assembly
Unpack the product by removing all packaging components.
Note that some components may have been placed inside the
washer tank.
Close the washer tank cover and turn the tank upside down.
Screw the feet to the brackets in the corners of the tank using
the bolts and nuts (II).
Fix the shelf at the height of the holes, in the middle of the feet
length using bolts and nuts, which will further improve stability
(III).
Turn the washer over, set it on its feet and open the cover
(IV). The cover is equipped with an actuator to keep the cover
open. The actuator has a slight resistance when opening and
closing the cover.
Place the washer pump in the tank and route its supply cable
through the opening in the side wall of the tank (V). Hook the
pump into the tank opening in such a manner that the switch
module will protrude out of the opening. The switch module
mounting is equipped with a hitch allowing the pump to be
mounted on the edge of the opening (VI).
Screw the fl exible hose with the nozzle nozzle to the pump
outlet (VII). Tighten the connection only with suffi cient force
to ensure that the connection is tight. Tightening too much
can damage the gasket and/or the connection thread. Check
whether the hose can be pointed in any direction.
Attach the perforated plate to the rails inside the tank (VIII).
Make sure that the plate is placed on both rails.
The device is also equipped with a smaller container with per-
forated bottom. It can be used to wash small parts (IX).
Filling the washer tank with cleaning liquid
Open the tank cover. Remove the perforated plate. There will
be a drain valve at the bottom of the tank. Make sure the valve
cover is screwed tight.

Before starting to fi ll the tank, read the information provided
with the cleaning liquid. If necessary, contact the liquid manu-
facturer. Check the personal protective equipment to be used
when working with the cleaning liquid. Always use protective
goggles to protect your eyes from liquid splashes and rubber
gloves to protect your hands from the liquid.
Fill the tank slowly and avoid spillage. After fi lling the tank with
a small amount of liquid, check the drain valve for leaks. Tight-
en the cover, if necessary.
Continue fi lling until the liquid level completely covers the pump
fi lter. The liquid level should not be higher than the mounting
rails of the perforated plate and the lower edge of the pump's
mounting opening. Please note that the liquid surface may be
agitated during operation.
Check the drain valve for leaks.
Mount the perforated plate and, if necessary, the additional
container.
Starting and stopping the washer
Caution! The washer can only be started if there is cleaning
liquid present in the device. Dry running the pump will lead to
overheating and damage to the pump, which can cause fi re
and electric shock.
Open the washer cover and point the nozzle towards the sur-
face of the liquid in the washer tank. Do not immerse the noz-
zle, its outlet should be at a distance of approx. 2 cm from the
surface of the liquid in the tank. This will allow you to observe
the liquid fl ow during the start-up of the washer.
Check that the pump switch is in the "off " position - O.
Plug the power cord plug in the socket.
Turn the device on by moving the switch to the "on" position - I.
The pump will start to pump the liquid which will come out of
the nozzle outlet. Initially, the liquid may escape with air bub-
bles, which is normal. The pump must remove the air from its
interior. If a uniform stream of cleaning liquid starts coming out
of the nozzle outlet, you can proceed to use the washer.
The pump is turned off by moving the switch to the "off " posi-
tion - O. After the pump is switched off , the cleaning liquid may
still be coming out from the nozzle for a while. After the outfl ow
of liquid has stopped, remove the power cord plug from the
socket and close the washer cover.
Washer operation
Warning! The washer is not intended for cleaning electrical
equipment. Immersion in or contact of electrical equipment
with water or cleaning liquid can damage electrical equipment
and cause electrical shock.
Caution! Check the level of the cleaning liquid before starting
any work. If its level has decreased, e.g. due to evaporation,
it must be supplemented with fresh liquid or replaced entirely.
The washer is designed to operate in a closed cleaning liquid
fl ow system. Do not point the nozzle outlet beyond the washer
tank. This may lead to the washer pump operating dry.
It is recommended to remove excess dirt from the cleaned
parts, e.g. with a cloth or paper towel, before placing them in
the washer tank.
Place the parts to be cleaned on the perforated plate and point
the cleaning liquid jet towards them. Remove impurities with a
brush or a paintbrush with the hardness of bristles adapted to
the material of the part to be cleaned.
