Problem
Device does not work.
Device is not cold enough.
Device switches itself on
and off.
The light does not work.
The device seems to make
a lot of noise.
The door does not close
properly.
LED indicates E1, E2 or E7.

Possible cause
Device not connected to a power supply

Light switched off on the control panel
The noise is probably caused by the refrigerant, which is normal. At the end of
each cycle, noises caused by the refrigerant flow can be heard.
If temperature fluctuations occur, the contraction and expansion of the inner walls
may cause popping and cracking noises.
High ambient temperatures cause the compressor to run continuously, which can
result in a lot of noise.
Door seal dirty
Shelves are not fitted correctly
Temperature sensor for the fan inside the
device shows an error

Remedy
➤ Connect the device.
➤ Switch on the device.
➤ Switch on circuit breaker or
replace fuse.
➤ Check the set temperature.
➤ Set a higher temperature.
➤ Do not open the door more
often than necessary.
➤ Close door properly.
➤ Check the door seal and clean or
replace.
➤ Wait for the device to regulate to
the set temperature.
➤ Do not open the door more
often than necessary.
➤ Close door properly.
➤ Check the door seal and clean or
replace.
➤ Switch on circuit breaker or
replace fuse.
➤ Switch on the light.
➤ Clean the door seal.
➤ Check the shelves and refit
correctly.
➤ Contact an authorized service
