5.6 Hints to the automatic function of the pushing-off-device ADV
•
The patented pushing-off-device ADV avoids tilting of the stones and therefore an uncontrollable drifting apart of
the stones while laying operation.
•
The actuation of the pushing-off-device is fully integrated in the hydraulic circuit, according to the needs of the
operator.
•
When moving the control lever in the position „close main clamping", first the hydraulic cylinder of the pushing-
off-device ADV extends. Therefore the HVZ is ready to be set down on a stone layer.
•
When moving the control lever in the position „open main clamping", first the hydraulic cylinder of the pushing-
off-device ADV retracts so the pressure is applied on the first row of the stones along the laying edge.
Only when the cylinder of the ADV is completely extended, the main clamping opens, the stone layer is released
and at the same time it is pushed on the laying course.
