Connect the back rest latch to the locating pin.

Remove nut & bolt from the hub circled in Blue, install the wheel bar and reinstall the nut & bolt. Loop
strap through the connection on the back rest.

Swing wheel bar to align with clamp once seated.

Close plastic clamp to secure wheel bar.
