5. START UP INSTRUCTIONS
5.1. UNPACKING AND LIST OF MATERIALS
Carefully inspect the product to ensure that there are
no damaged elements. If you find any damaged or
missing parts, do not use the machine until the defect
has been repaired or all the missing pieces replaced.
Using the machine without all of its parts or with
defective parts can cause severe personal injury.
5.2. ASSEMBLY
5.2.1 ASSEMBLY OF THE WHEELS
Place the wheel axle hook supports, with their
respective screws.
Then take two Ø16 washers and a 2.5×30 pin. First
place one of the washers, then the wheel and then
another of the washers, fix it with the pin.
5.2.2 ASSEMBLY OF THE SUPPORT FEET AND THE
OUTLET HOPPER
Insert the rubber feet through the holes in the plate.
Connect them to the holes at the bottom of the outlet
hopper, fix them with the two M10 nuts. Then connect
the outlet hopper to the back of the machine with the
M8x25 bolt and fix it with the Ø8 washer, Ø8 grower
washer and M8 nut in that order.
5.2.3 ASSEMBLY OF THE FEED HOPPER AND HOPPER
TRAY
Connect the hopper tray with M6x16 hex bolts, fix it
with Ø6 grower washer and M6x16 nut in that order
