Cleaning and maintenance
Follow these instructions to keep your unit in a good condition.
A clean unit in a good working order will provide better cooking
results and a longer service life.
WARNING!
Do not use any products that could damage the unit (e.g.
abrasive products, corrosive products, alcohol, steam
cleaners, rough cloths, scourers, etc.).
The unit must be completely switched off, unplugged and cooled
before carrying out any cleaning operations.
Cleaning the unit:
• Remove any residue from the cooking plates with some kitchen
towel.
• Clean the surface of the cooking plates with a soft, damp cloth.
• Wipe the surface dry with a soft, dry cloth.
• This unit and its cooking plates are not dishwasher-safe!
Cleaning the utensils:
• Use a sponge dampened in hot soapy water to clean the utensils.
• Wipe the utensils dry with a soft, dry cloth or some kitchen towel.
NOTE:
The utensils should be dishwasher-safe.
Maintenance:
The unit's maintenance operations must be carried out by a
qualified technician.
