6 Operation
Attention! The unit can only be switched off by pulling
the plug out of the socket.
6.1 Manual selection and switching over of the
camera channels
1) If a camera picture is to be shown continuously on
the monitor, press the corresponding numerical key
(1). The numbers of the keys are coordinated to the
numbers of the input sockets, i. e. by pressing the
key no. 1 the camera at the input socket 1 is select-
ed, by pressing the key no. 2 the camera at the
input socket 2 is selected, etc. The control lamp
above the key lights up and thus signalizes the se-
lection of the camera channel.
2) To switch over to another camera channel press the
respective numerical key of the camera channel.
6.2 Automatic switching over of the camera
channels
1) For the automatic switching mode press the button
(2). The control lamp above the button
up. In the automatic switching mode the input chan-
nels are automatically switched over, i. e. the
camera pictures of all connected cameras are
shown on the monitor in certain switching intervals
one after the other. The respective selected camera
channel is shown by the control lamp above the
corresponding key (1) which lights up.
2) Adjust with the control TIME ADJ (4) the desired
switching interval between 0.5 and 30 seconds.
