Gun operation
Battery () is intentionally shipped with a
low charge. Charge the Battery prior to use.
Refer to the Battery charger operation,
page for details.
NOTE*
Grease gun is equipped with software to
protect motor. Software will cut power
to motor and LCD will light with solid red
backlight when blocked bearing, line, or
grease fitting causes gun to stall.
Release trigger immediately if this
situation occurs.
For maximum motor life, avoid
operating at stall.
Failure to comply may result in
property damage.
Speed selection
The gun is equipped with a two speed
electronic transmission to provide a high and
low flow rate, refer to Specifications for
performance at each speed. The gun is in
high speed when "" is shown on the slide
switch (), see figure for illustration.
Maximum pressure can be achieved in both
high () and low speed () (→ fig. ).
NOTE*
Grease gun will automatically switch
from low speed to high speed
around psi (241 bar) to obtain a
higher pressure.
