be completed as quickly as possible and no later than fourteen
(14) days after COSMO CONNECTED is notified of the compliance defect
or hidden vice.
Reimbursement will be made to the customer's bank account or by bank
check payable to the customer. COSMO CONNECTED will not be liable in
the following cases:
