Suitable heat sources
Monix pressure cookers are
suitable for all kid of stoves
including induction.
• Use with Electric stove: it is recommended to use a stove that it is
equal or slightly inferior than the diameter of the diffusing base of the
pressure cooker.
• Use with glass-ceramic stove: It is recommended that either the base
of the pressure cooker and the stove are completely free of dirt in order
to avoid possible scratches in the glass.
• Use with gas stove: It is recommended to keep the flame within the
diameter of the pressure cooker bottom and avoid the burning of its
walls.
• Use of induction stove: it is recommended to use a stove that equals
the diameter of the diffusing base of the pressure cooker.
Triple diffusing base
In order to take the maximum advantage of the heat transmission
efficiency Monix pressure cookers include a triple diffusing base made
by impact bounding with a stainless steel-aluminum-stainless steel
structure for an homogeneous distribution of the energy transmitted
from the stove. The main body of the Monix pressure cooker is made of
high quality 18/10 stainless steel to guarantee its long lasting.
