Use
Opening the lid
Push the button forward and turn the
upper part of the handle to the right

, until the arrow on the lid matches
with the other point located in the

center of the body handle .
In this position, lift the lid vertically
and the cooker will open.
Never try to open it without making
sure that steam has been released

completely.

Closing the lid
Place the lid on the body of the
cooker, making sure that the arrow on
the lid matches with the point on the
(2)
lower handle of the body .
Press the lid gently against the body.

Turn the lid handle to the left until
both upper and lower handles match
and the opening of the lid is blocked
and the pressure cooker cannot be
(3)
opened .
If you heated the pressure cooker
without liquid inside, contact the
MONIX after-sales service for its
verification.
