Problem
Battery pack will
not charge.

Cause
1. Charger is not plugged
into a functioning outlet.
2. Battery pack is not
properly inserted into the
charger.
3. Bad contacts.
4. Battery is over- or
under-temperature.
5. Battery pack is damaged.
6. Charger is damaged.
Remedy
1. Confirm charger is plugged
into a functioning outlet.
2. Confirm battery pack is
inserted into charger
completely.
3. Clean the contacts of the
charger or battery packs.
4. Cool the battery if too hot.
Place the battery indoors if
too cold.
5. Have the battery pack
serviced by an
Authorized SKIL Service
Station.
6. Have the charger serviced
by an Authorized SKIL
Service Station.
