17. Do not hold any tools, cutlery or fingers
into the jug while it is operated – Risk of
injuries.
18. The appliance is only admitted for the
processing of food.
19. Do not exceed the maximum quantity of
1.5 litres.
20. The appliance is not provided for permanent
operation. After an operation time of approx.
5 minutes let it cool down for some minutes
before using it again.
21. When adding warm ingredients, please put
your hand on the lid of the appliance in
order to prevent the lid from coming off and
the mixture from spilling.
22. Avoid extreme differences in the temperature
of the ingredients you add. Otherwise the
glass container might be damaged.
23. Make sure that the motor has completely
stopped before removing the lid or the jug
assembly.

BEfoRE uSINg ThE APPlIANcE ThE fIRST TIME

Important:
Only use the appliance when properly assembled. The appliance is provided with a safety
switch. It can be switched on only if the shaker recipient is in place. Should it be possible
to switch on the appliance without shaker recipient, you should send the appliance to our
customer service for control.
Keep hands and utensils out of the jug – danger of injuries!
1. Remove all packaging materials and any
transport safety devices.
2. Before using the appliance for the first time,
clean all parts (see "Cleaning").
3. Unwind the required cable length and put
the plug into a wall socket.

4. Place the sealing ring (4) on the inner edge
of the cutting knife (5).
5. Place the cutting knife (5) including sealing
ring (4) into the jug base (6).
6. Place the glass jug (3) on the base (6) and
turn it clockwise.

Unauthorized repairs can constitute serious
risks for the user and void the warranty.

7. Fill the ingredients into the jug.
8. CAUTION!
Do not exceed the maximum quantity of
1.5 litres.
9. Press the lid (2) firmly on the jug.
10. Place the measuring cup (1) into the
opening and turn it clockwise.

12. Place the properly assembled jug on the
motor block (7) and turn it clockwise until it
locks into place.
