FIT AND SECURE

A
Remove the factory roof rails as shown.
Locate the mounting points on the vehicles
roof and secure the Tracks, Front Spacers
and Rear Spacers (Items 1, 2 & 3) using M6
x 20 Button Head Bolts and M8 x 16 x 1.6

Flat Washers or M8 x 19 x 2 Flat Washers
(Items 4, 5 & 6).

Secure the Foot Rail (FAJG001) to the Track
(Item 1) using the fasteners supplied with
RRAC976, Stud Plates (A), M6 x 12 x 1 Flat
Washers and M6 Nyloc Nuts.

Place M6 Nut Caps over all Nyloc Nuts.

FOOT RAIL FITMENT
Look online for videos to assist.
Depending on the height of the
mushroom (Insert) on the vehicles roof,
use the M8 Flat Washers (Item 5) as a
shim so that they sit at the same level
as the spacer before placing the Track
over.
