3 - Use
Option 3: Sensors
I
Displays the status of the "Rest" sensor and the pressure sensor.
Rest sensor is the sensor checking the position of the main motor.
"ACT" means that the main motor is in the position ready to perform a
cycle. Pressure sensor: the value read by this sensor is then translated
into the setting force reading. At rest, it might be possible that residual
pressure is present < 10 bars.
Option 4: Push-Pull view
I
The Push-Pull is calibrated at the factory, this page is giving access
to the sensor status.
Option 5: Temperature View
I
Displays the temperature measured by three internal sensors.
For safety reasons, the machine stops working and displays an
error if an overheating occurs. The tool will stop if one of these
temperatures reaches 75°C as a safety rule.
Option 6: Battery
I
Displays the type and charge status of the battery.
Option 7: Next Service
I
Displays the number of cycles left before the next scheduled service.
A warning will be displayed when approaching and surpassing the
service threshold. The counter is defined for 250 000 cycles, refer
to the shart given on page 43. Resetting of this counter can only be
done by Böllhoff staff. Maintenance service frequency is defined as
250 000 cycles
Option 8: Force set. Verify
I
This menu adjusts the setting conditions so that the real setting force
applied on the mandrel can be measured using a force indicator
measurement device (282 522 14000).
An offset < 400 N between measured value and consign appearing
on the display screen is considered as acceptable.
Option 9: Restore defaults
I
This page will allow you to restore the settings to factory default.
EXIT
I
For returning to the "Option" main page.
