2. After switching off the fan, the function which has been chosen last will be saved in the
memory. When switching on the next time, the operation will be started with this
function(with the exception of TIMER).
3. Once the power plug is pulled out, the saved functions will be lost. The fan will have to be re-
started by reconnecting power plug to outlet, pressing the ON/OFF function key, and then
selecting desired function.
Speed
1. You can choose between 3 constant speed settings: Low (LO), medium (MID), High (HI), and
then back to low.
2. The LED lamp on the control panel indicates the selected speed setting.
Swing
By pressing the SWING key (in control panel) you can turn the SWING mode (oscillation) on or off.
Timer (0.5h/1h/2h/4h)
1. You can choose different timer settings by pressing the TIMER key, to set the length of time
that the fan will operate before it turns off. The time can be set by adding the indicated time
intervals in combination, up to 7 ½ hours.
2. The LED lamps on the control panel indicate the selected time setting.
3. To turn timer off, continue to press TIMER key until all timer LED lamps are off. An alternate
method is to turn fan off and then on again.
REMOTE CONTROL
1. Remote control: Open the battery compartment and insert two AAA dry-cell batteries. Use
leak-proof alkaline batteries, if available.
2. Connect the power supply plug to a power outlet. You can now operate the apparatus by
means of either the function keys on the switch box or on the remote controller.
3. A change in the function is usually indicated by a beep.
TILT ADJUSTEMENT
To change the tilting angle of the fan head, loosen the thumb bolts, move the fan head to the
desired angle, and then re-tighten the thumb bolts.
FAN STORAGE
Your fan can be stored in the off-season either partially disassembled, we recommend using the
original (or appropriately sized) box.
