SOLUTION
Unlock button by turning clockwise
Unplug black battery recharge cable
Recharge the battery
Remove the battery and put it back
Connect wires correctly all the way
Replacing the drive or motor
Check mains power
Replacing the battery or charging base
Reduce load. Wait a few minutes
Recharge the battery
Joint lubrication
Fit/replace the gray plastic parts on
the frame
wheel cleaning
