• DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IF YOU CANNOT EXACTLY FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS
THAT COME WITH IT. THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE FULLY ASSEMBLED PRIOR TO USE.
• Never leave the infant in the bassinet with the side down unless it is positioned in a sleeper
mode securely attached to the adult bed with anchors in place.
• To reduce the risk of SIDS (SUDDEN INFANT DEATH SYNDROME), pediatricians recommend
healthy infants to be placed on their backs to sleep unless advised by their physician.
• Do not use more than one mattress in the product. Placing additional items in the product
may cause suffocation.
ENTRAPMENT HAZARD:
• To prevent death from entrapment, Bedside Sleeper must be properly secured to the adult
bed using the attachment system. There must be no more than a 1⁄2 inch (13mm) gap
between the bedside sleeper and the adult bed.
• Do not use the product if there is a gap between the adult bed and bedside sleeper. Do not
attempt to fill the gap with pillows, blankets, or any other items that can cause suffocation.
• Check tightness before each use by pulling the bedside sleeper in a direction away from adult
bed.
• Always read and follow assembly instructions for each product use (bedside sleeper or
bassinet).
• Please use ALL the required parts for each use (bedside sleeper or bassinet).
• Ensure all fittings of the bassinet are tightened properly.
• Do not use the body of the bassinet/ cradle without its frame
• Please use all required parts for each use mode (bedside sleeper or bassinet).
• The bassinet/cradle must always be placed on a horizontal floor.
• The bassinet/cradle should be locked in the fixed position when a child is unsupervised in it.
• DO NOT use the product if any part is missing, or loose or if any signs of damage are visible.
DO NOT substitute parts. Contact Dream On Me Inc. if replacement parts or instructions are
needed.
• Check that your product doesn't contain loose screws or any other parts that might injure a
child or catch or trap his or her clothing (ribbons, strings, necklaces, etc.) and thus cause
strangulation.
SUFFOCATION, ENTRAPTION, AND FALL HAZARDS:
• To use the bassinet mode, ALWAYS raise the side with the zipper to completely close up all 4
sides.
• ALWAYS push the adult mattress against the bedside sleeper after securing it to the bed with
a safety strap and fixing the buckles.
• NEVER leave the infant in the bassinet with the sides down.
• The bedside sleeper is for adult beds between 14.17-18.5 inches (36-47 cm) from floor to top
of the adult mattress.
• Fixing or attaching the buckles and straps to the adult bed must ALWAYS be done in bedside
sleeper mode. Product in bedside sleeper mode must be securely attached to adult bed
mattresses to ensure safe use. It is recommended to make the straps shorter than the width
of the mattress to ensure the bedside sleeper is pressed securely and tightly against the adult
bed, without any gaps.
