1 - Presentation
1.1 - Description
• The load indicator is a device allowing to measure a setting load.
• It is especially dedicated for the blind rivet socket setting tool equiped with threaded mandrel and
anvil.
• It allows an accurate adjustment of the setting load in case of the load setting technology.
• This load indicator can be used directly on an operating setting tool.
1.2 - Limits of use
• Only few special cases will required to be checked and adapted like for exemple an anvil with a
non flat surface or a shouldered mandrel.
• Be careful, some blind rivet socket setting tool are using stroke setting technology. In this case,
the load indication given by this device corresponds to the maximum capacity of the tool.
• This load indicator is delivered without calibration certificate, therefore it can not be considered
as a verified measurement tool. However a certificate can be supplied on specific purchase order
(Item number: 28252214800).
