You get a tingling feeling while using the
underblanket.
The product has been improperly used,
or is damaged.
The supply cord or another internal wire
is damaged.

There are holes or tears in the fabric, or

The packaging of the appliance is made of recyclable materials. Dispose of the packaging in
accordance with the environmental protection regulations.
In accordance with Directive 2012/19/EU relating to electric and electronic waste (WEEE), the
crossed-out bin symbol on the appliance or on its packaging indicates that the product must be
disposed of separately from other waste at the end of its useful life.
The user must therefore take the appliance to an appropriate recycling centre for electrical
and electronic equipment. Alternatively, instead of handling the disposal, the user can hand
over the appliance to the retailer when a new, equivalent one is purchased. The user can hand over
electronic products measuring less than 25 cm to retailers of electronic products having a sales area
of at least 400 m

The appliance is guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of delivery. This date is taken as the

was made at a later date.
In the event of a product flaw already in existence at the time of delivery, the cost-free repair or
replacement of the appliance is guaranteed unless one of the two solutions is out of proportion with the

free of charge and with no obligation to buy. Appropriate separate collection for the

Make sure the control unit plug is fully inserted in the
socket(3).IftheLEDsstilldon'tlightup,takethecontrol
unit plug out of the socket (3) and take the underblanket to
an Authorised Assistance Centre.
Take the plug out of the socket, then reinsert it with the
polarity inverted.
Mark the insertion side for future reference.
The underblanket must only be checked by an Authorised
Assistance Centre, to avoid any risk.
