Huawei Technologies CO., LTD. (Huawei) warrants this product and its components for the stated period of time, from the date
of product deliver to the end user, as per the purchase invoice or receipt and the seal of the dealer stamped on this card against
any manufacturing and operation defect during normal and domestic use of this product. This warranty is applicable only to the
product whose model, IMEI/MEID and serial number are recorded in this document.
CLAUSES
1. To enforce the warranty service, there should be no greater requirements than the presentation of warranty card and original
proof of purchase (invoice), duly filled in (product data and seal of the dealer with delivery date) or receipt or voucher, in
which the specific data of the product object of the sale is recorded. Otherwise the warranty period will be determined by
Huawei system.
2. If the product falls within the warranty period, Huawei undertakes to repair and/or replace any product defective pieces or
components at no charge to the owner. If Huawei believes that the repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with
another Huawei product of the same or similar model (if the model is not available in the market, Huawei will replace the
product with another one having similar features and/or of a better model).
3. The replaced product or pieces will belong to Huawei, all personal data will be erased by Huawei and not be used or transferred
for any purpose.
4. The repair time will be informed in each particular case.
5. Accordingly, product transportation expenses and labor cost incurred for the fulfillment of this warranty within the service
center will be borne by Huawei.
