2. INSTALLATION
Precaution
These instructions are mandatory for the drive and home automation professional installing
•
the drive.
Comply with current standards and legislation in the country of installation.
•
Attention
Never drop, knock or puncture the drive or immerse it in liquid.
•
Cables which pass through a metal wall must be protected and isolated using a sheath or sleeve.
•
Attach cables to prevent any contact with moving parts.
•
Leave the drive power supply cable accessible: it must be possible to replace it easily.
•
To ensure electrical safety, this Class III motor must be powered by a "SELV" (Safety Extra Low
•
Voltage) or "LPS" (Low Power Supply) voltage source.
Do not install the motorised product with sealed double glazing, the user must have access to
•
the motorized product.

2.1. ASSEMBLY
2.1.1. Preparation
1) Cut the shaft to the length required.
2) Position the headrail and shaft adapters on the
motor.
2.1.2. Installing motor in headrail
1) Insert the motor in the headrail. Take care not to
cut the power supply wires on the edges of the
headrail when introducing the motor.
2) Let the shafts abut against the motor shaft
adapters.
