Install Burner Grates

To install burner grates, place the grates flat-side
down and align them into the cooktop recess.. The
grates have tabs that interlock, so it is important to
place the center grate first.

IMPORTANT
• Make sure the burner grates are properly
placed on the cooktop before using the surface
burners (Figure 4). The grates are designed to
rest inside the recess on the cooktop.
• Grates should rest flush against each other
and against the sides of the recess.
• Do not line the area underneath the grates or
any part of the cooktop with aluminum foil or
with any other lining.
