BEFORE USING YOUR DOLCE AROME COFFEE
MAKER
• Clean the coffee maker and nonstick warming plate with a
damp cloth.
• For best performance, it is recommended that before
using your coffee maker for the first time, you run it twice
with just the water at its maximum level. (Follow MAKING
COFFEE instructions)
• Wait 10 minutes, turn the coffee maker off and discard the
water from the carafe.
• Repeat this operation whenever the coffee maker has not
been used for long periods.
MAKING COFFEE
• The amount of water to put in depends on the number of
cups desired. Put water in the water reservoir while coffee
maker is turned off.
• Set the carafe on the nonstick plate. Do not turn on the
coffee maker until the carafe is perfectly seated.
• Using the measuring scoop, add the necessary amount of
coffee to the filter in the funnel. Turn the base until it
latches securely in the right position.
Note: Use your choice of coffee, but please note that
due to evaporation and the absorption of water by
the grind during the process, the amount of coffee
ground will be minimally reduced in relation to the
amount of water put in the reservoir. In addition,
results may vary due to the type of ground granulation.
