4 Assembly [specialist]

NOTICE
Damage to property!
The location of installation must be dry, load-carrying, frost-proof and protected against
ultraviolet radiation to prevent material damage to the installation.
1. Make sure that the manifold is not under pressure and drain the manifold.
2. Remove the insulating shells.
3. Take off the covers (1, 2) at both ends of the manifold. Mark the covers "right"
and "left", as they must not / cannot be interchanged.
4. Insert the o-rings (3) into the grooves of the distance rings (4). If necessary,
replace also the o-rings in the dismounted cover or in the manifold module.
5. During the installation, observe the right assembly of the distribution manifold!
All the products are equipped with "groove + spring" fits which allow for a clear fit.
Observe your markings "right" and "left" on the covers. If the existing form o-rings
will be used afterwards, the distance rings must be mounted such that the exterior
grooves point towards the connections of the distribution manifold.
6. Fix the covers using the screws provided with the extension set. Tighten the screws uniformly
cross-wise and without using tools (hand-tight). Observe your markings on the covers.
Afterwards, tighten the screws uniformly cross-wise with a maximum torque of 20 Nm.
7. Fill the distribution manifold with water, vent the installation and carry out a pressure test.
8. Mount the insulation.
