A caffè latte is a coffee to which
a generous amount of hot slightly
frothed milk is added.

Tips:
The thin layer of milk froth on top
should be about 1cm. It is usually
brownish, tented with coffee colour.
LATTE MACCHIATO:
A latte macchiato is a recipe in which
coffee is poured into a glass full of
frothed milk. It is characterised by
the 3 "milk-coffee-froth" layers.
