TV Connection
AUX input
1.
Press the Mode button or on the remote control to select the AUX input. The light will turn
yellow.
2.
Use the correct AUX cable to connect an audio source to the soundbar.
3.
Play music from your connected device and adjust the volume directly on your device or
by using the volume buttons on the remote control.
TV Audio input
1.
Connect the soundbar's high-speed TV cable to the audio port of the television screen.
2.
Select the green LED light by pressing the TV button on the remote control, or by pressing
the Mode button.
3.
Set the TV's audio output to "PCM". (More information on the PCM page)
Optical input
1.
Press the Mode button to select the optical input. The light will turn white.
2.
Use the correct optical cable to connect an audio source to the soundbar.
3.
Play music from your connected device and adjust the volume directly on your device or
by using the volume buttons on the remote control.
Setting the "PCM" on your TV
If no sound comes from the television or the soundbar when all cables are connected properly,
and if the LED light is showing the right colour (optical or TV audio connection), adjust the
settings of your television as follows:
1.
Press the Menu button on the TV remote control.
2.
Select "Audio Settings".
3.
Select "Advanced audio" - some TVs do not have an "Advanced Audio" menu and may
display different audio settings instead.
4.
Select "Audio Output Mode" or "Digital Audio Output Mode".
5.
Select "PCM" as the audio output mode.
6.
Press "OK" to save the settings
Digital audio output settings may differ by brand, so please check your TV's user
manual.
Bluetooth operation
1.
Switch on the soundbar and switch into Bluetooth mode by pressing the Mode button or
BT on the remote control, the light will turn blue.
2.
Use the "Settings" function of your device (mobile phone, tablet, etc.) and search for
nearby Bluetooth devices: You will find "SB402BT" in the list.
3.
Pair your device with "SB402BT".
