4. Play the audio tracks on your device and adjust the volume according to preference.
5. Double-tap quickly to disconnect Bluetooth.
USB operation
1. Insert a USB stick into the USB A port at the rear.
2. Press the USB button on the remote control or press the Mode button (3) on the device.
The purple light will come on.
3. The maximum size of the USB media for MP3 playback must not exceed 32 GB.
Troubleshooting
Problem
No sound
Unable to connect via
Bluetooth
The SB402BT soundbar does
not turn on.
Solution
Check that the power indicator is ON.
Try increasing the volume by using the volume buttons.
Make sure that the audio cables are securely connected
and the input is properly set to the soundbar.
Check if there is an output signal from the audio source.
Make sure that the soundbar is set to Bluetooth input; in
another audio input mode, Bluetooth cannot be paired or
connected.
Disconnect any Bluetooth device by pressing and
holding the volume button in Bluetooth mode, then try
again.
The effective Bluetooth transmission range is 10 metres;
remember not to exceed this range.
Try connecting another Bluetooth device.
Check that the unit is properly connected to the mains
and the mains socket is switched on.
